Return and Refund Policy

Classic Home Decor GH warrants to the original purchaser that all electronic and electrical products are free from material defects, including improper workmanship, materials, and design, during the designated warranty period, subject to the following terms.

1. Warranty Period: One (1) year from the date of purchase from Classic Home Decor GH.
2. This limited warranty applies only to products and brands sold by Classic Home Decor GH.
3. The warranty extends only to purchasers who bought the product in Ghana and is non-transferable.
4. During the warranty period, Classic Home Decor GH will repair, refund, or replace defective parts at our sole discretion. Refurbished replacement parts may be used. This warranty excludes physical damage such as cracked screens or damaged charging parts.
5. This warranty covers only parts and labour. Shipping and delivery costs are borne by the purchaser.
6. Proof of purchase (original dated receipt) must be provided to validate the warranty.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Abuse, accident, misuse, improper storage, or exposure to liquid or moisture
• External causes such as collision, fire, flood, sand, dirt, windstorm, lightning, or earthquake
• Extreme weather, Acts of God, theft, blown fuse, or improper use of an electrical source
• Computer or internet viruses, bugs, worms, or Trojan Horses
• Normal wear and tear of the equipment
• Usage of equipment other than its intended and customary manner
• Improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, or any alteration of the product
• Consumable parts or accessories such as batteries, unless due to a product defect
• Service performed by anyone who is not an authorized Classic Home Decor GH technician
• Acts not the fault of Classic Home Decor GH, including damage caused by shipping
• Cosmetic damages such as dents or scratches from normal use
• Spillage of food or liquid, corrosion, rust, or incorrect voltage
• Voltage fluctuations or any form of irregular power supply, including spikes or surges

The warranty is void if:

• The serial number or warranty seal has been altered, defaced, or removed
• Any warranty term has been altered without prior written consent of Classic Home Decor GH
• Classic Home Decor GH was not notified of the alleged defect during the applicable warranty period

If a product is returned after the warranty period expires, normal service policies apply and the purchaser will be charged accordingly.

Classic Home Decor GH's limit of liability under this limited warranty shall be the actual cash value of the product at the time the purchaser returns it for repair, as determined by the original price paid less a reasonable amount of usage.

Classic Home Decor GH shall not be liable for delay in rendering service under the limited warranty, or loss of use during the period that the product is being repaired.

Classic Home Decor GH's liability under either the implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose shall be limited to the duration of the foregoing limited written warranty. The foregoing limited warranty is your sole and exclusive remedy and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied.

While we work to ensure that product information is correct, manufacturers may occasionally alter their products. Actual product packaging may contain more or different information than shown on our website. We recommend that you always read labels, warnings, and directions before using or consuming a product.

Applicable Law: These terms are interpreted and governed by the laws of Ghana. Each party agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of Ghanaian courts and to waive any objections based upon venue.
